AIXF Axioms · Digitally staffed, human supervised

The seat stays open for months.
The Axiom starts in five days.

ax·i·om/ˈaksēəm/noun

A truth so self evident it requires no proof. Here, a role that simply gets done.

An Axiom is a whole revenue role, deployed and operated for you by AIXF. Thirteen of them, organized by the revenue they touch: pipeline nobody is building, calls nobody is answering, customers nobody is expanding, renewals nobody is watching, money nobody is collecting. Every seat on this bench is a job that has sat open somewhere for months. Here, it starts within five business days.

Whole roles, not software seats. The moment anything becomes consultation, negotiation, or judgment, it lands with your people. It answers so your team can talk. Why we built them this way →

Working in 5 days, not a six month rampSupervised by AIXF, every output reviewed, nothing runs wildMonth to month, no annual lock in, no severance

The flagship Axiom SDR is field tested and running live revenue motions in production today. The Axiom Publisher ships the DX Today network every morning.

Live right now

Don’t book a demo. Call one.

Axiom is the AI receptionist that answers our phones. She picks up in under two rings, answers questions, takes messages, and books real appointments on a live calendar. Call her and see for yourself.

Not on the bench?

Thirteen Axioms are listed. Thirteen is not the limit. Tell us the job and we will build a custom Axiom around it, and you pay nothing until it is live and working inside your business.

The argument

You are not short of software.
You are short of people to do the work.

Every firm we meet has the tools. What they do not have is anyone with the hours to run them. The outreach that stops when the SDR leaves. The invoice nobody wants to chase. The renewal nobody is watching. The quote sitting in a folder. None of these are hard problems. They are relentless ones, and relentless is precisely where human attention fails and a supervised Axiom does not.

01

The seat is the problem, not the tooling

A job that has sat open for eight months is not waiting on better software. It is waiting on somebody to do it every day, without a launch week or a resignation. An Axiom is that somebody, minus the search, the ramp and the severance.

02

Most of this is money you are already losing

Cold outreach is a bet. An unpaid invoice, an expiring renewal, a quote sitting in a folder and a failed card are not bets. That money is already yours and it is leaking on a schedule you can measure. That is why the recovered revenue roles usually pay for themselves first.

03

Bounded scope is the whole reason it works

Every Axiom does one job with defined inputs and a defined output. No general purpose improvisation anywhere near your customers. That is the difference between an Axiom you can put in production and a demo that impresses in a meeting.

04

A named human answers for every output

Nothing runs unwatched. Each Axiom reports to a supervision desk with a person accountable for what it produced, scored weekly against its own numbers. When something is off, you hear it from us first.

05

Five business days, not a six month search

You do not write a job spec, screen a pipeline, negotiate a package and then wait a quarter for competence. You have a scoping call, and the seat is working the same week.

06

It backs your team. It does not replace them

Axioms prepare, produce, publish, greet, book and route. The moment work becomes consultation, negotiation, a complaint or a judgment call, it goes to your people. We decline engagements whose stated goal is replacing a team.

An Axiom is not a copilot waiting to be prompted, and it is not a seat licence with an assistant bolted on. It is a role: a written job description, a defined cadence, a set of numbers it is measured on every week, and a named human at AIXF who answers for its output. You do not operate it. You review what it did.

The bench

Thirteen roles, organized by
the revenue they touch.

Each one has its own page: the leak it plugs, the job it does day to day, the numbers it is judged on, and what it needs from your stack. Most of the bench is not sold against a salary line at all. It is sold against money you are already losing.

Expansion Revenue

The customers you already earned, worked like the channel they are.

Retained Revenue

Revenue that stays. Sold against churn, not against anyone.

Recovered Revenue

Money already owed, already interested. The deterministic category: provable dollars inside thirty days, and no cold outreach anywhere near it.

The role you need is not on this list.

Thirteen is the bench, not the limit. Tell us the job, and if it repeats and can be measured we will build an Axiom around it. You pay nothing until it is live and working inside your business.

Axiom Receptionist · the front door

A missed call is a customer
who called someone else.

A front desk covers roughly forty staffed hours a week. The phone rings across all one hundred and sixty eight. The Axiom Receptionist holds the hours nobody is rostered for, plus the overflow and the fourth simultaneous ring, which is coverage no single hire can physically provide.

The missed call calculator

Your phone is a leak. Here is the size of it.

Four numbers you already know. No email, no gate, nothing sent anywhere. The arithmetic runs in your browser and we never see it.

Estimated revenue walking out the door
$288,288 / year
  • Missed calls a week18
  • Missed calls a year915
  • Jobs that never happened320

We apply your own win rate to the missed calls rather than counting every unanswered ring as a lost job. The real number is usually worse, because a caller who reaches voicemail generally calls the next name on the list.

Hear what your callers hear after 6 PM: (231) 261-1795 →
How a voice Axiom is kept compliant. It identifies itself as an automated assistant in its greeting, on every call, because that is the transparency standard we hold across the whole roster and several states are moving toward requiring it. Call recording follows the consent rules of the caller’s state, and the greeting carries the recording notice wherever one is required. It is inbound only: the Receptionist answers, it never dials, which keeps it clear of outbound calling regulation entirely. Medical, legal, and financial questions are a hard scope block that routes to a person rather than an answer. Nothing it says comes from improvisation; every answer traces to a knowledge base you approved, and changes to that knowledge base are reviewed and versioned before they go live.
Not software. Staff.

An Axiom holds a job.
You review the work, not the tool.

Every AI vendor sells you a seat and a login, then leaves you to become the operator. We run it the other way. You hire the role. We operate the Axiom. The deliverables show up on cadence.

01

It does the job

Research, writing, production, triage, reporting. The full role, end to end, on a working cadence. Not a copilot waiting for prompts. Output lands in your inbox, your calendar, and your systems.

02

Humans supervise it

Every Axiom runs inside supervision gates the AIXF team operates: output review before anything ships, exception escalation to a person, weekly QA against the role’s KPIs. You never babysit software.

03

Deployed for you

Each role starts from a template proven in production, is cloned for you, loaded with your Business DNA, and goes live within five business days. No implementation project. No ramp quarter.

The front door, not the relationship

Axioms do not hold your client and customer relationships, and we do not sell them that way. They prepare, produce, publish, greet, book, and route. Where a role does speak to a caller, like the Axiom Receptionist, it works the greeting and the routine, the calls that were going to voicemail anyway. The moment a conversation becomes consultation, negotiation, a complaint, or a judgment call, it transfers to your people. It answers so your team can talk.

The cost of the open seat

Priced against the vacancy.
Not against anyone’s job.

An Axiom is measured against the seat that sits empty and the work that is not getting done. The people on your payroll are not the comparison. They are the beneficiaries.

The req that stays open

An unfilled seat

3–6 months
of searching, with nothing shipping in the meantime
  • Three to six months to recruit for a hard to fill revenue seat
  • Recruiter fees and a ramp quarter before the first meeting
  • The work piles onto the team you already have
  • Every open month is outreach that never happened
  • And the search can end right back at square one
The same seat, staffed in days

A DSDR

  • Working within five business days of the deployment call
  • Your senior people stay on live conversations, not cold lists
  • Consistent output, supervised and QA checked weekly
  • Everything it learns stays in your Business DNA
  • Month to month. Cancel anytime. No annual lock in
Deployment terms

How a deployment works. No annual lock in.

The vendors that burned this category locked buyers into annual contracts for tools that needed babysitting. We do the opposite: month to month always, because supervised output is a service you should be able to walk away from the moment it stops earning its keep.

01

The whole role, operated for you

One Axiom holds one job end to end: research, production, triage, follow up, and reporting on a working cadence. It is not a copilot waiting for prompts, and you never touch the machinery.

02

Loaded with your Business DNA

Your ICP, your voice, your claims, your disqualifiers and your rules of engagement are loaded before it works a single record, and everything it learns stays in your DNA rather than in a vendor’s model.

03

Working inside your systems

Axioms work in your CRM, calendar, inbox, Slack and marketing stack, so output lands where your team already works. With Zapier on the menu, nearly any tool you run qualifies.

04

Human supervision on every output

Three gates run by the AIXF desk: output review before anything ships, exception escalation to a person, and weekly QA against the KPIs on the role’s own job card.

05

Live in five business days

Your Axiom is cloned from a template already proven in live production, then configured for you. Setup is configuration, not construction, so there is no implementation project and no ramp quarter.

06

Staff one role or a whole department

Hire a single seat, or run several Axioms under one supervision cadence with shared Business DNA and a single review call across all of them.

What lands with you

  • The role’s actual deliverables on cadence: meetings booked, editions published, lists built, invoices worked, quotes chased.
  • A weekly report against the KPIs printed on that role’s job card, with the numbers, not adjectives.
  • Every exception the Axiom would not guess at, escalated to a person with the context attached.
  • A monthly supervision review with the desk once the role is working inside your systems.
  • Your Business DNA, maintained and yours to keep if you ever stop.
A worked example

Staffing an Axiom Collections Clerk

The receivables seat is the simplest deployment to picture, because it works money you are already owed. Start to finish, this is the whole thing.

  1. Day zero, the deployment call: we walk the receivables ledger, agree the dunning cadence, the tone, the escalation threshold, and which disputes must always reach a person.
  2. Days one to three: the Axiom is cloned from the proven template, loaded with your invoice terms, your voice, and your customer history, and connected to your invoicing and accounting stack.
  3. Day four: a dry run. The first sequence is drafted against real unpaid invoices and reviewed by the supervision desk and by you, before a single message goes out.
  4. Day five: it goes live and begins working every aged invoice on an escalating, professional schedule, reconciling payments as they land.
  5. Week two: the first weekly report shows dollars recovered, days sales outstanding, and the invoices now in dispute, each escalated with the full paper trail.
  6. Month two onwards: the ledger stops aging quietly. Nothing sits past its window because nobody had time to chase it.

The same shape applies to every seat on the bench. Scope on the call, configured in days, supervised weekly, and cancellable the moment it stops earning its keep.

The fine print, in plain sight. Terms are month to month always. Cancel anytime and the work stops at the end of the period, with your Business DNA and deliverables yours to keep. Integrations, cadence, and the exact scope of the role are agreed in writing on the deployment call before anything starts, and once a build needs more than a standard integration set we stop stacking add ons and scope it with you properly. Every Axiom is scoped to the front door and the back office: the greeting, the routine, and the grind. The relationship, the negotiation, and the judgment call belong to your people, and any conversation that becomes one of those transfers to them.
The part the failed vendors skipped

Supervised. Not self serve.

An Axiom is not a tool we hand you and wish you luck with. It is staff we operate on your behalf. Three gates stand between the machinery and your brand, and people run all three.

Gate 01

Output review

Work product is reviewed against your voice, your claims, and your standards before it ships anywhere a buyer can see it.

Gate 02

Exception escalation

Anything the Axiom cannot resolve with confidence routes to the human supervision desk. It never guesses on your behalf.

Gate 03

Weekly QA

Every Axiom is scored weekly against the KPIs on its own job card. Connected tier adds a monthly review call with you.

Transparent by design.

Your Axioms carry product names and role designations. They never wear a fake face, a fake name, or a fake profile. Digitally staffed, human supervised, and honest about both. That is the standard this category should have had from the start.

Backs your team. Never replaces it.

Axioms hold the seats that go unfilled and absorb the grind that burns people out. Your team keeps the judgment calls, the relationships, and the closes. If the goal is cutting the people you have, we will tell you plainly that this is the wrong product for that.

The AIXF position

Additions to your team.
Never replacements for it.

That line is not a slogan. It is a position we enforce in how we sell, scope, and supervise every Axiom. These roles exist to hold the seats that go unfilled and to absorb the work that burns people out. They are not a path to cutting the team you have.

01

We scope for leverage

Every engagement starts with the same question: what will this free your people to do. If the honest answer is nothing, we will tell you not to buy.

02

Your team keeps the human work

Judgment calls, relationships, negotiations, and closes stay with people. Axioms feed that work. They do not take it.

03

The front door, never the relationship

Axioms do not hold your client and customer relationships, and we do not sell them that way. They prepare, produce, publish, greet, book, and route. A voice role like the Axiom Receptionist works the calls that were already going to voicemail. The moment one becomes consultation, negotiation, a complaint, or a judgment call, it transfers to your people.

04

We say no

When a buyer’s stated goal is replacing the people they already employ, we decline the engagement and say why. The category needs that line drawn, so we drew it.

Before you ask

The hiring questions.

Which role should I start with?

If you already know where it hurts, hire against the pain: no outbound motion, the Axiom SDR; a phone nobody can always answer, the Axiom Receptionist; slow inbound response, Axiom Inbound; an ugly receivables number, Axiom Collections. If you do not know, start with the Diagnose, Phase 1. It finds where your revenue engine actually leaks, ranks what to fix first, and tells you honestly which Axioms are worth deploying and which are not worth staffing yet.

Is this about replacing my team?

No, and we are picky about this. Axioms hold seats that have gone unfilled and absorb the repetitive work that burns people out. In practice your team ends up with more time on live conversations and closes, the work that needs a person. If a buyer tells us the plan is to cut the team they have, we say plainly that this is the wrong product for that.

Does an Axiom talk to my clients or customers?

One does, and only at the front door. The Axiom Receptionist answers the phone: it greets, answers the routine questions from a knowledge base you approved, books, takes a message, and routes. That is the work that was previously a missed call and a voicemail, not work that was ever a relationship. Every other Axiom works behind your team. And in all of them, including the Receptionist, the moment a conversation becomes consultation, negotiation, a complaint, or a judgment call, it transfers to your people. Axioms do not hold your client and customer relationships and we do not sell them that way. It answers so your team can talk.

What do I actually receive every month?

The role’s deliverables, on cadence: meetings on the calendar, editions published, lists built, reports filed. Plus a weekly KPI report. You manage output the way you would with any Axiom. You never touch the machinery.

How do integrations work?

Connected includes up to three: CRM, calendar, Slack, or your marketing stack, and through Zapier nearly anything else you run. A fourth and beyond carries a small monthly add on each. Past that, the honest answer is that your build deserves scoping, so we scope it with you instead of stacking add ons.

How is a start possible in five business days?

Because your Axiom is not built from scratch. It is cloned from a template that is already field proven in live production, then loaded with your Business DNA: your ICP, your voice, your claims, your disqualifiers. Setup is configuration, not construction.

Is there a contract?

Month to month, always. There is a one time setup per Axiom, waived if you choose annual, but annual is never required. Cancel anytime and work stops at the end of the period. Your Business DNA and every deliverable produced remain yours.

Will it pretend to be a person?

No. Product names and role designations only, and every disclosure standard in its outreach is one you approve before launch. The Axiom Receptionist identifies itself as an automated assistant in its greeting, every time, and carries the call recording notice wherever your state requires one. The category is littered with vendors who faked human reps. We think that is exactly why they are gone.

What happens when it hits something it cannot handle?

It stops and escalates to the human supervision desk. That is the design, not a failure mode. An Axiom that guesses on your behalf is a liability. Ours does not.
